- Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) confirms German WRC event
- ADAC Rallye Deutschland will take place from 19 to 21 August 2016.
Munich/Trier, 10 November 2015 – The Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) confirmed the date for the 2016 ADAC Rallye Deutschland. Next year, the world’s best rally drivers will compete for world championship points between the Eifel, Moselle and Hunsrück from 19 to 21 August. The German WRC event will be the ninth out of 14 FIA World Rally Championship races to be run in the Trier area in 2016.
The ADAC Rallye Deutschland has been part of the World Rally Championship since 2002. In the year ahead, it will be a WRC event for the fourteenth time.
