- ADAC Rallye Deutschland remains part of FIA World Rally Championship
Munich/Trier, 2 October 2015 – The ADAC Rallye Deutschland will be an integral part of the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) again in 2016. The World Motorsport Council (WMSC) of the Fédération Internationale de l’Automobile (FIA) confirmed the German WRC event for 2016 at its meeting in Paris last Wednesday. Once more, the greater Trier region will be the venue for the ADAC Rallye Deutschland in 2016.
“We are very happy that the ADAC Rallye Deutschland will be a FIA WRC event again in 2016. It has been a fixture in the WRC calendar. We will make the 2016 ADAC Rallye Deutschland yet another impressive event for fans and participants alike,” said ADAC Motor Sport President Hermann Tomczyk.
