Eibach becomes new partner in ADAC Formula 4

Munich. The ADAC is delighted to welcome another strong partner to the fold. Eibach has signed up for the debut season of the ADAC Formula 4 in 2015. The ADAC has agreed a three-year partnership deal with the famous manufacturer of springs and suspension parts. Eibach’s logo will now feature on the two wing mirrors of the 160 bhp ADAC Formula 4 racing cars.

“We are excited about the expansion of the long lasting and successful cooperation with the ADAC”, says Lars Baier, Manager Marketing at Eibach. “The entry-level concept convinced us from the beginning and we hope that some of the young ADAC drivers will become Professional Race Drivers in the future”.

Lars Soutschka, ADAC Director Motorsport and Classic: “With Eibach, the ADAC has attracted another important partner to the newly formed ADAC Formula 4. Eibach has been active in motor racing for many decades and has a wealth of expertise. I’m sure that the ADAC Formula 4 teams will benefit greatly from Eibach’s extensive know-how and technical support. We look forward to a successful working relationship in the coming years.”

For decades, Eibach has been a leading player in the global motorsport industry. Motor racing, with its need for special characteristic profiles and performance parameters, is an ideal proving ground for Eibach, since race engineers demand the tightest tolerances, lightest weights and optimisation of dimensions plus reliability under the most gruelling conditions, while at the same time demanding maximum flexibility as regards delivery time. Much of the expertise gained is then incorporated into series production technology.

Eibach has a global reputation as a leading manufacturer of top quality suspension springs and also produce high-tech springs specially for demanding environments. The range of applications is very comprehensive, covering almost all areas of high class industrial and automotive engineering. Eibach combines top quality with maximum flexibility and efficiency, both where small and medium-sized batch production are concerned.

For many years, the ADAC single-seater development programme for juniors has been a stepping stone for future motor racing stars. In the past, Formula 1 drivers such as four-time world champion Sebastian Vettel, Nico Hülkenberg, Nico Rosberg and Ralf Schumacher and DTM stars like Martin Tomczyk, Pascal Wehrlein and Timo Glock all started their careers in ADAC single-seater junior series.
