Prosperia C Abt Racing aiming for ADAC GT Masters hat-trick

  • Audi team planning for third title win in succession
  • Prosperia C Abt will once again be entering three Audi R8 LMS ultras
  • Third ADAC GT Masters season for outfit led by Slobodan Cvetkovic and Christian Abt

Prosperia C Abt Racing are strong believers in the rule of three. The Audi specialists led by Slobodan Cvetkovic together with former DTM driver and ADAC GT Masters champion Christian Abt are intent on making it three titles on the trot in the 2015 Super Sports Car League. Prosperia C Abt Racing have won the ADAC GT Masters constructors’ championship for the past two seasons and also the drivers’ title in 2014 with the pairing of Kelvin van der Linde and René Rast. They intend to continue with Audi in the forthcoming ADAC GT Masters campaign.

“We are once again entering three Audi R8s for the 2015 ADAC GT Masters,” says Christian Abt. “The season is sure to be another very exciting one. The series has a new official tyre partner in Pirelli, and with the arrival on the scene of new cars and drivers, we expect to be up against really tough competition in the coming year.”

The identity of the drivers for the three Audi R8s will be confirmed by the team at a later date. With three titles, five race wins and eight pole positions, Prosperia C Abt counts as one of the most successful teams of the past two years. Their driver squad for 2014 included championship winners van der Linde and Rast as well as ex-Formula 1 driver and FIA GT1 world champion Markus Winkelhock and two-time World Rally champion Sébastien Ogier.
