- Oschersleben race weekend postponed because of current situation
- New date in October
- Official ADAC GT Masters pre-season testing at Oschersleben cancelled
In light of current developments and all the various public measures put in place to protect people from the spread of the coronavirus in Europe, the ADAC GT Masters has decided to reschedule the season opener, and the races calendared for 24th-26th April at the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben will now take place 23rd-25th October.
Official pre-season testing for the ADAC GT Masters in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben from 6th to 8th April has been cancelled and along with it, the press conference scheduled to take place during the ADAC GT Masters Media Day on Monday, 6th April, 2020, to which the ADAC and the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben normally invite everyone involved before the start of the season. The ADAC GT4 Germany, the ADAC TCR Germany and the ADAC Formula 4 are also obviously affected by the cancellation of official pre-season testing and the rescheduling of the Oschersleben race weekend.
Tickets already purchased for ADAC GT Masters races taking place in 2020 will remain valid for events that have to be rescheduled.
The ADAC will decide at a later date whether the race weekends at Autodrom Most (15th-17th May) and at the Red Bull Ring (5th-7th June) can go ahead or will also have to be rearranged. Alternative dates are currently being looked at.
