- ADAC Formula 4 and ADAC TCR Germany still on the programme
- New ADAC GT4 Germany will provide even more GT action
- Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland celebrates 30th anniversary and will hold six races
Munich: ADAC GT Masters with strong package of motorsport racing in 2019. The new ADAC GT4 Germany, the ADAC TCR Germany, the ADAC Formula 4 and the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland will all compete under the banner of the ADAC GT Masters next year. The programme will deviate slightly from the norm for the first two meetings only. Overall, fans have got seven events and 76 races to look forward to. Teams can enrol in any of the four ADAC series from 3rd December onwards, and the season opens on the weekend of 27th - 29th April in the Motorsport Arena Oschersleben. Tickets for all seven events are now available online at adac.de/motorsport. Fans purchasing tickets before the end of December can secure a discount on the regular price.
Spectators at the racetracks will thus once again be able to watch a huge variety of races from single-seater racing to touring cars and GT sports cars. The ADAC Formula 4 and the ADAC TCR Germany will still be on the support programme. The motorsport stars of the future will fight for victories and trophies in this ADAC junior Formula 4 series and contest every race weekend apart from Most. The sole event outside the ADAC GT Masters will held in the frame of the Mercedes-Benz Formula 1 Großer Preis von Deutschland at the Hockenheimring (26 to 28th Juli). The ADAC TCR Germany will provide plenty of touring car action at all seven ADAC GT Masters meetings.
The new ADAC GT4 Germany will line up for the first time at all ADAC GT Masters events during its debut season in 2019 with the exception of Most; young talents and amateur drivers can get their first taste of GT racing in GT4. Germany's speediest one-make cup, the Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland, has already delighted ADAC GT Masters fans this season and will start in 2019 in it´s 30th anniversary season. The Porsche Carrera Cup Deutschland will feature six times on next year's programme while taking a break at Oschersleben.
The Spezial Tourenwagen Trophy (STT) will, however, be contested at the Oschersleben season opener and at Most, and the Octavia Cup will make a one-off guest appearance at Most in the Czech Republic. There will also be plenty to do and see away from the racetrack, as the paddock will again be open to everyone and the Pit Walk and autograph-signing session will still be on the programme.
