Munich. This week, the wait is over: Germany's motorsport fans will make the pilgrimage to the Sachsenring. More than 250,000 spectators make the Liqui Moly Motorcycle Grand Prix of Germany one of the biggest motorsport events in the country - with thrilling motorcycle action and motor racing history up close and personal. We have clearly and precisely put together all the key information for fans ahead of the only German round of the MotoGP World Championship:
Directions and parking
Access routes are provided from all directions. Spectators coming from the west can use the Wüstenbrand exit on the A4 motorway towards Chemnitz. From there, it is easy to get to the free car park P12. Those travelling from the south, north and northeast are recommended to take the Stollberg-Nord exit on the A72 motorway. From there, the B180 leads directly to the easily accessible car park P12.
It is not permitted to park caravans and mobile homes here. Instead, campers should take the Hohenstein-Ernstthal exit on the A4. From here, take the B180 to the camping village behind the Dekra grandstand T13. Route information can be found at
adac.de/motogp, under the heading "Directions".
