New Fan Service at the ADAC Rallye Deutschland
Munich/Trier, 8 August 2014 – The ADAC Rallye Deutschland will be even more visitor-friendly this year. ADAC, FIA and tyre manufacturer Michelin will be offering a new fan service at the 12th edition of the German FIA WRC event. Up to four shuttle buses, each carrying 55 persons, will transport fans from the Service Park in Trier to selected Special Stages from Friday to Sunday (22-24 August 2014). The ride on the Michelin shuttle buses will be free and exclusively reserved for rally spectators with a valid rally pass.
Fans who wish to use the Michelin shuttle service can register for the free ride at the designated desk in the Service Park. Please note that the shuttle buses will have limited seat capacity. In order to provide this special service to as many fans as possible, the same bus must be taken for the trip back to the Service Park. The bus tickets will be marked accordingly. No seat reservations can be made. Therefore, fans who wish to use the free Michelin shuttle service should be at the Service Park in Trier as early as possible.
This new service is specifically aimed at rally fans who do not travel by car or who want to go straight to the Special Stages from Trier and the hotels there. The shuttle will take them to Special Stages off the regular bus and railway routes. Consequently, no spectator will have to miss the drifts performed by Sébastien Ogier, Thierry Neuville, Mikko Hirvonen, Robert Kubica and the other WRC stars. The Michelin shuttle buses will also contribute to the exemplary commitment to environmental protection at the ADAC Rallye Deutschland, since they will further reduce traffic on the access roads.

The pre-sale for the 2014 ADAC Rallye Deutschland is in full swing. Rally passes are now available for €69 (€64 for ADAC members) under “Tickets” at www.adac.de/rallye-deutschland. Along with the pass, you can pre-order the official rally magazine at an extra €5.Rallye passes in detail:
In 2014, the rally pass will once again be the flat rate ticket to four action-packed days at the ADAC Rallye Deutschland. It provides access to all spectator areas along the Special Stages, to the Shakedown and to the Service Park. There, rally fans are right in the middle of it all, watching the teams at work and admiring the rally drivers.The pass includes:
– All Special Stages on all days
– Access to the Service Park on all days
– Access to the Shakedown on Thursday
– A spectator map providing all the essential information about the rally
