Quotes from the service park
HIRVONEN, Mikko / LEHTINEN, Jarmo: "I was still a bit slow this afternoon. This was not due to the car, I was just not fast enough. I am trying to drive as I drove on Tarmac earlier on. It's very difficult for me though."
LATVALA, Jari-Matti / ANTTILA, Miikka: "I am very happy that I was able to set two fastest times this afternoon. There is a reason, why I was so slow on the fifth stage. I noticed that I took too much of a risk and therefore I told my co-driver not to mention any split times. It is very difficult to be really fast on Tarmac. You have to know exactly, where to brake and when to slow down."
SORDO, Daniel / DEL BARRIO, Carlos: "This afternoon it was going a lot better. But still, we are not as fast as we had expected."
NEUVILLE, Thierry / GILSOUL, Nicolas: "It went very well for me today. I spun during the fifth stage, but apart from that I am very satisfied. I am trying to put some pressure on Jari-Matti Latvala, because I would like to stand on the podium on Sunday."
ÖSTBERG, Mads / ANDERSSON, Jonas: "I had problems with an overheating brake this morning. As a result I changed my driving style. Since I am used to left-foot braking, and I have to do right-foot braking now, in order not to put too much strain on the brake, I had to quit in some places and could not run flat out."
WIEGAND, Sebastian / GOTTSCHALK, T.: "I have to get used to the new car. So far I am happy with the times. I think I can go even faster tomorrow, as the Panzerplatte stages suite me. But Sebastien Ogier and Andreas Mikkelsen are just too fast for me. First of all it is important to make it to the finish on Saturday and gain as much experience as possible."
