Some

50 years of Volkswagen Motorsport. The German automobile maker uses the 2016 ADAC Rallye Deutschland to celebrate this round anniversary. An exhibition of historic rally vehicles will be shown at the Service Park. The spectators will revel in rally nostalgia as they admire the same vehicles at the Panzerplatte parades on Saturday.
39 spectator areas of different sizes have been designated at the 2016 ADAC Rallye Deutschland. Distributed along nine rally locations, all of them afford prime viewing and a maximum of security. Each spectator area comes with at least one designated parking area.
34 is the number of editions the ADAC Rallye Deutschland reaches with this year's rally. The first rally Germany under the patronage of ADAC was held in 1982. The starting point then was Frankfurt am Main. Since 2002, the challenging competition has been part of the FIA World Rally Championship.

This year's official advance car is the historic rally Golf II GTI which won the 1986 Group A world championship driven by Kenneth Eriksson/Peter Dieckmann.
1 If you see this number ahead of your name after the Power Stage, you have made it to the elite circle of rally Germany winners. In the 14 editions of the ADAC Rallye Deutschland as a FIA WRC rally only four drivers made it: Sébastien Loeb, Sébastien Ogier, Dani Sordo und Thierry Neuville. Obviously, to score best times in the challenging Special Stages in the Trier region is a feat only few WRC pros seem up to.
